When you use our service, an account will be automatically created for you using the email address you provide. This account allows you to:

  • Access and download your generated videos
  • View your generation history
  • Manage your video credits
  • Track the status of your video generations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our service offers the following pricing options:

Single Santa Video - $12.99 USD

Includes 1 AI-generated Santa video with personalized greeting and HD download.

Santa Magic Bundle - $59.99 USD

Includes 6 personalized Santa videos, multiple rooms or children support, priority rendering, and extra styles and effects.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.com, a trusted third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

Due to the significant costs associated with AI video generation, including computational resources, API fees, and processing time, we are unable to offer refunds for completed purchases or video generations.

Once a video generation has been initiated or completed, the purchase is considered final. We recommend reviewing your video details carefully before confirming your purchase.

6. User Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload
  • Providing accurate information during the generation process
  • Using the generated videos in compliance with all applicable laws
