Simply upload a photo of any room or setting, choose a template or write your own custom instructions, and our AI will generate a magical video of Santa appearing in that space. The process takes just a few minutes, and you'll receive your personalized video via email and in your dashboard.
Do my kids need to be in the photo?
No. You just need a clear photo of the room where you want Santa to appear. Many parents use a picture of the living room, next to the tree, or any space where they want to create the magic.
How long does it take to get my video?
Usually a few minutes. During very busy times (especially in December), it can take a bit longer, but we'll notify you via email when it's ready. You can also check the status in your dashboard.
Can Santa say my child's name?
Yes! When creating your video, you can add your child's name (and your name if using certain templates). Santa will use these names in the video to make it extra personal and magical.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We want this to feel magical. If you're not satisfied with your video, please reach out to us through our contact page. While we cannot offer refunds due to the high costs of AI video generation, we'll work with you to make it right.
Do I need to download an app?
No app download needed! SantaWasHere works entirely in your web browser on any device - phone, tablet, or computer. Just visit our website and start creating.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your payment information - all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the significant costs associated with AI video generation (computational resources, API fees, and processing time), we are unable to offer refunds for completed purchases. We recommend reviewing your video details carefully before confirming your purchase.
How do I access my videos?
When you create your first video, we automatically create an account for you using your email address. You can access all your videos anytime by logging into your dashboard. We'll also send you an email with a link to view your completed videos.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your photos and personal information are stored securely, and we never share your content with third parties. Can I use the videos commercially?
Our videos are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. If you're interested in commercial licensing, please contact us to discuss options.
What if my video generation fails?
If a video generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, we'll automatically retry or provide you with a credit to try again. Contact us if you experience any issues, and we'll help resolve them.
How many videos can I create?
You can purchase individual videos ($12.99) or our bundle package ($59.99) which includes 6 videos. Each video uses one credit. You can purchase additional credits at any time.
Can I edit my video after it's generated?
Currently, we don't offer video editing features. However, you can always create a new video with different settings or instructions. Make sure to review your details carefully before generating.
